Australian Royal Commission question looking back

after all the attention the royal commission focused on the wt and the damning report that came out, has anything changed at the congregational level or to wt policy?.

i am getting the sense from what i have found that really it accomplished little more than embarrassing the wt and upsetting the jws for a while.. am i wrong in that thought?.

Hellooooo! 6 years since i posted

so... it has been six years since my last post.

i wonder who still remembers me?

a lot has changed and then again, a lot has not.... i'm still out of course as are my children who are doing very well.

For some inexplicable reason while searching for new podcasts to listen to i stumbled upon an ex jw one. cant recall the name off hand but i know a Lloyd ran it and cedars? familiar name on here. older episodes from 2014. sort of raised my curiosity. Then randomly my daughter posted the old Don Dunstan story of the tsunami that was supposed to wash Adelaide off the map in the mid 70s. I googled the nutters name and lo! the result turned up, would you believe.... an old post by Aussie Oz on here. So a password hunt later and I discovered i had been gone 6 years.

Those bloody aliens have a lot to answer for.

Still... I recently found my old facebook to discover i had been gone near 10 years!

Older, no wiser. in midlife crises 2.0 and its going pretty well. This time round instead of getting a new wife i got a new sports car. This time round I am equipped with the skills to navigate it.

A lot has changed and then again, a lot has not.... I'm still out of course as are my children who are doing very well. I'm still married to the woman who helped wake me up and the other day i came across paper files from what first started to wake me up, the child custody material from the WT.

My boy lives in Sydney now and is very normalized to life. He was down for xmas and I know he did drop in on one old jw friend who's small son might (due to the blood policy) be going to die soon. My son manages a gym and the gym had a fundraiser for the JW family. He went to deliver it to them in person.

My daughter is well and truly out. Out of the JW and the closet. Currently she is in a polyamorous triad. She came out to her mother as gay a couple of years ago. Her JW mother just said ''Don't blame you... I'm sick of men too". My ex might be have been or may still be a mean woman but at least she is doing a good job of not shunning her kids. I am not pleased to say her life has gone to shit, including booting out her JW husband for something my kids wont tell me. (but don't worry, he never touched them)

My business is still growing and it still consumes more of my time than I like.

So Hi! Whats new? I see the WT is STILL defying the legal system with its stalling nonsense, abuse cases are mounting and the WT seems to win some appeals.

Any new batshit crazy teachings?

Oh, and since that last post 6 years ago, no JW has set foot on our 'farm'...

It has been 5 months since my last post here

It has been very nice to have forgotten jehovahs Witnesses. My life got so busy running my biz that i just had no time to concentrate on anything else for a while. In fact, I care so little for JWs that when they called two weeks ago I just could not be bothered with them, nor even pretending anything.

Two young, nervous and badly dressed JWs climbed out of the car, one muttering to the other ''your turn'', i stopped them in their tracks and said "I used to be one of you, the best thing I ever did was leave, the second best thing I ever did was get my kids out. The best thing you can do is go home and research your religion on the internet"

and they were gone.

It is great to see a whole heap of usernames I have not seen before too...

Have I missed much?

We have agreed to give the animation team 7% of all earnings of the animation.
This is the pilot video and it will be advertised everywhere, once the video has earned
the money, we will start making new videos for baseball and other sports.
Then you can tell us what it would cost to make a video for Japan or other teams.
7% seems like nothing but whats 7% of 10 000 000?
The rest of the money will go to songwriters/song producers/record company/animation producer and The La vuvuzela
girls.
The animation opens a lot of doors to other opportunities for you.
Later we will be working with Hed Kandi which is one of the most successful
animation girls in the world. I have attacheda picture of Hed kandi because that isthe theme that we are
going for.
Lady Gaga's dress designer has agreed to sponsor some of his drawings to dress the animation girls.
Also Ammotech motion capture studio will capture all the motion for the project like the dancers etc.
Let me know what you think so that we can set up a letter of agreement and a skype meeting
